Achyut Joshi is a young emerging Hindustani vocalist. Born in India and raised in New York, Achyut began studying with Shiv Shankar Pandey, of the Kirana Gharana, in Jaipur. In 2005, he received a US Fulbright Scholarship to study vocal music in Pune with Raghunandan Panshikar, foremost disciple of renowned vocalist Kishori Amonkar, of the Jaipur-Atrauli Gharana. In the US, he has received invaluable guidance from jazz vocal coach Richard Harper, choral director John Lewers, Hindustani vocalist Vishwanath Shrikhande, and Hindustani vocalist Shubhangi Sakhalkar of the SF Bay Area.
Ehren Hanson was accepted as a disciple by the great Pandit Anindo Chatterjee in the year 2000 and has developed into an exciting performer and dynamic teacher, tabla player, composer, and director of the ACST. In 2005 he received the prestigious “Senior Performing Arts Fellowship” from the American Institute of Indian Studies.
Rohan Prabhudesai began his training in Hindustani classical music on the harmonium with Gokurdas Rasaikar, a disciple of Smt. Nirmala Kakode. He continued this musical pursuit under the guidance of Dr. Kedar Naphade, a senior disciple of Pt. Tulsidas Borkar.

Sitarist Amit Chatterjee is also a guitarist, singer and composer who combine his heritage in Hindustani music with many years of playing and studying European, jazz and popular music. He has recorded and performed extensively with artists such as Joe Zawinul (1993 to present), Eric Johnson, Carlos Santana, Badal Roy, Glen Velez, Layne Redmond, David Lieberman, Paul Winter and Paul Halley. Currently Amit is featured in Zawinul's symphonic work on Phillips Classic 'Stories of the Danube'. Polash Gomes born in a Bengali Roman Catholic family in Kolkata, India. He is an accomplished tabla player in New York area. He follows the line of the distinguished Lucknow baj, he is a disciple of Dr. Mrinal Pal of Lucknow Gharana. He has also studied tabla under Pandit Swapan Chaudhri. Mr. Jaswinder Singh obtained his initial music training from his father, before joining the Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. At a very young age, he took to listening and learning from masters such as Mehdi Hassan, Ghulam Ali and Jagjit Singh. Jaswinder's favourite singer was Jagjit Singh, and in due course he became a part of the Jagjit Singh gharana. Jaswinder is not only a talented singer but also a versatile composer.
In 2000, Jagjit presented Jaswinder's first ghazal album titled "Aage Aage Dekhiye" which was released by HMV.
The second ghazal album "Tamanna" composed and sung by Jaswinder demonstrates his coming of age as a consummate practician of the art. This album features melodies written by Nadeem Parmar, Farhat Shehzad, Rajinder Singh Jolly and others.

Internationally renowned Kanjira artist Ganesh Kumar will be in New York and giving
percussion classes in New York/Brooklyn.
Ganesh Kumar is a young Kanjira exponent (South Indian Frame Drum Tambourine) from Chennai - a Southern Metropolitan City in India.
Born in a music loving family in 1964, Ganesh is one of the few percussionists, with an aesthetic sense of approach in playing this traditional classical instrument.
He learned from versatile genius and percussion maestro Sri T.H. Subash Chandran, in whom Ganesh Kumar found a teacher, friend, philosopher and guide to mean him a perfect percussion artist in every respect. Ganesh Kumar learned fundamental training from Sri T. R. Students will learn principles and techniques of Indian classical music, experiencing basic sounds and rhythms and exploring the evolution of notes, scales, ragas, compositions and improvisation.
Acharya Roop Verma is an internationally respected sitarist, composer and teacher of Indian classical and sacred music, meditation and Nada Yoga philosophy. He was formally trained in the oral tradition under highly revered teachers of our time: maestros Ali Akbar Khan and Ravi Shankar, Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati and Swami Shyam of the Himalayas. Roop Verma has performed and taught widely in Europe, North and South America, India and Northern Africa and conducts Nada Yoga intensive retreats internationally.
